I have two passions in life – writing and eating. As an extension to my creative writing studies and as an opportunity for me to share with the world my love of good food I decided that this year I would launch a vegetarian food blog.
I made the decision to become a vegetarian for a number of reasons, mostly for my health, but also as a way to live a more sustainable lifestyle – to reduce my carbon footprint.
Each week I will post two to three new articles to my blog, which will include recipes, vegetarian restaurant reviews, sustainable food alternatives and interviews with local foodies. I really hope that I can inspire people to get greener in the kitchen.
